Movingsun takes very seriously the private nature of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit our website and/or register to receive news, alerts, and special promotions via SMS text- messaging. Personal Information and Data Collection
Movingsun receives your cell phone number when you send a text message to us. Basic Movingsun services do not require you to register for an account and provide your name to us, but some advanced Movingsun services, such as adjusting notification options do. If you do choose to register to receive additional Movingsun services, Movingsun asks you for some personal information in order to register your account (such as your name, email address and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the Service. For certain services, we may request credit card or other payment information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. When we require personally identifying information, we will inform you about the types of information we collect and how we use it. We will delete the Personal Information of any person under 21 and will not use such Personal Information for any purpose.

Movingsun EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. * Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If you are dissatisfied with the Services or any content on any of Movingsun website properties, or with these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services. You acknowledge, by your use of the Services, that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Movingsun, its partners, clients, employees, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, penalties, settlements, judgments, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (i) any content that you or anyone using your account may submit, post or transmit to the web site; (ii) your use of the Services; (iii) your violation of the terms of these Terms and Conditions; and (iv) any violation or failure by you to comply with all laws and regulations in connection with the Services.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign any of your rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior written consent of Movingsun.
